Cade captained the KZN U13A Team in 2015 and received two Cricket South Africa awards for his batting during the Inter Provincial tournament hosted in Gauteng. He was the 5th highest run scorer in the National tournament. At the 2016 KZNCU Awards evening, Cade was also awarded the KZN Cricket Union U13 Player of the Year award as Player of the Season due to his fine captaincy and batting exploits.

Cade is currently at Kearsney College and playing for the 1st XI Team. Cade has represented the KZN u17 and u19 sides. Cade is a dominate right hand batter and right arm medium pace bowler.
